Bosch is expanding its top-performance class Expert with two powerful cordless tools for demanding professionals in woodworking: the compact plunge saw EXPERT EXKT18V-52G and the precise circular saw EXPERT EXKS18V 68GX. These two power tools belong to Bosch's top-performance class Expert, which includes tools and accessories for all applications. Expert provides professionals with tools for maximum demands. Both tools are also part of Bosch's Professional 18V System, which covers all relevant 18-volt applications and, thanks to the multi-brand AmpShare alliance, even extends beyond Bosch's own offering. Many brands, many tools, one battery system: All tools – from compact screwdrivers to miter saws – can be operated with one and the same 18-volt lithium-ion battery and a single charger.

Expert Plunge Saw: Minimal Wall Clearance and Precise Cuts

For users who value maximum precision and exceptional mobility, Bosch introduces the plunge saw EXPERT EXKT18V-52G. Its remarkably compact design allows for wall clearances of just 10 mm, offering unparalleled flexibility in all sawing tasks. Powered by a brushless Biturbo high-performance motor and an optimized drive system, this plunge saw, in combination with the new Expert batteries, delivers superior performance. Just one 18V Expert battery of 4.0 Ah or higher is sufficient to unlock the full performance of the tool and furthermore ensure full flexibility and outstanding mobility. The integrated Click & Clean interface for Bosch dust solutions can be flexibly rotated 360 degrees, ensuring a clean work environment. Full compatibility exists with the proven Bosch FSN guide rails as well as other common systems. The intuitive HMI of the tool also offers convenient speed and mode selection (including ECO mode for extended battery life) as well as a clear display of battery and tool status, including overload protection. The KickBack Control function provides increased user protection and reduces the risk of injury by immediately shutting off the tool as soon as the saw blade jams in the workpiece. The plunge saw allows for precise adjustment of the miter angle for cuts from - 1 to +47 degrees. The EXPERT EXKT18V-52G is versatile and ideal for precise plunge cuts in wood, wood composites, panel and sheet materials, as well as aluminum and acrylic glass.

Expert Miter Saw: Mobile Precision for Precise Angle Cuts

With the new miter saw EXPERT EXKS18V-68GX, Bosch expands its Expert portfolio with a top-performance class saw that sets standards in terms of precision and mobile performance. This innovative tool, in combination with the FSN X guide rails, forms an outstanding mobile miter sawing system for exact angle and cross-cuts. At the heart of this powerful device is the Biturbo technology, whose optimized, brushless high-performance motor and matched drive system fully utilize the extreme power of the new Expert batteries, thus delivering impressive performance for the most demanding applications. High user protection is ensured by the integrated Stop Control, which automatically detects the end of a cut and immediately shuts off the tool at that moment to minimize the risk of injury. The integrated KickBack Control also contributes to high user protection, as it stops the motor when the saw blade jams in the workpiece, thereby also reducing the risk of injury. The excellent tool ergonomics ensure perfect handling and control of the device in all cutting positions. The miter saw EXPERT EXKS18V-68 GX is ideal for versatile use in wood and wood composite materials.

The plunge saw EXPERT EXKT18V-52G and the circular saw EXPERT EXKS18V-68GX are available now. Prices are recommended retail prices excluding VAT.
