Stuttgart, Germany – Nora Klug (44) will be taking over the role of general counsel to the Bosch Group as of January 1, 2021. In this position, she will oversee the technology and services company’s corporate legal department and have global responsibility for this area. Klug is currently general counsel and chief compliance officer of the global legal and compliance sector at BSH Hausgeräte GmbH in Munich, Germany. In addition, she is responsible for the company’s risk management and internal controlling system. Before joining BSH in 2013, she worked as a corporate lawyer advising a range of international companies on legal and compliance matters, including in the aviation and construction industries. Most recently, she was group general counsel for the Hilti Corporation. Klug is a fully-qualified lawyer and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.).
