Bosch Power Tools Expands Jobsite Solutions Across Measuring, Detection and Conc ...
MT. PROSPECT, Ill. (October 5, 2026) – Bosch Power Tools is expanding its offerings into more specialized measuring, detection and concrete applications to support a broader range of professional needs. The latest introductions include two moisture meters, an 18V Rebar Cutter and 18V Pencil Vibrator, alongside the EXPERT 18V Wall/Floor Scanner with Radar, EXPERT True RMS Digital Multimeter and EXPERT True RMS Clamp Meter. Together, the new products broaden the range of critical tasks Bosch can support, from detecting moisture and materials behind surfaces to diagnosing electrical and HVAC systems or cutting rebar and consolidating concrete. Expanding Bosch Solutions Across the Jobsite Designed around the needs of professionals, the latest tool additions combine Bosch engineering with application-specific features that help tradespeople assess conditions, make informed decisions and keep work moving. The new products also mark Bosch’s continued expansion into specialized areas including moisture detection and concrete work, bringing the brand’s engineering expertise to accomplish more of the specialized tasks professionals encounter throughout a project. “As we grow the Bosch portfolio, we’re looking at where professionals need more from their tools and finding new ways to support the work they do every day,” said Philipp Gosau, Director of Product Management for Bosch Power Tools North America. “From detecting what’s behind a surface to cutting rebar and consolidating concrete, we’re addressing more of the specialized tasks that can make a difference in how work gets done.” Tools for Specialized Applications The new additions to the Bosch lineup include: PRO 18V Rebar Cutter (GBC18V-32) Fast, High-Capacity Cutting: Brushless motor delivers the equivalent of 13 Amps of corded power, cutting #5 rebar in just two seconds and handling rebar up to #10 (1-1/4 in.). Cold-Cutting Technology: Tungsten carbide-tipped blade produces clean, burr-free cuts with significantly fewer sparks than traditional abrasive cutting methods. Designed for Control: A rotatable handle supports cutting from multiple orientations, while KickBack Control, a convenience brake and no lock-on paddle switch provide added user control. PRO 18V Pencil Vibrator (GVC18V-25-120D) Cordless Mobility: Cordless design eliminates the restrictions of extension cords and fumes from gas-powered units, helping users move freely around formwork and confined areas. Effective Consolidation: Brushless motor delivers up to 12,700 vibrations per minute, paired with a 1 in. vibrator head and 4 ft. whip for footings, slabs and other small- to medium-sized applications. Jobsite-Tough Design: IPX4 protection helps safeguard the switch and the battery from splashing concrete, while a balanced design supports comfortable handling during extended use. PRO Pin-Type Moisture Meter (GMP1-13) Precise Moisture Detection: Pin-Type measurement detects moisture across wood, drywall, concrete and other materials, with an automatic self-test designed to help optimize performance and accuracy. Preprogrammed Material Settings: Includes settings for 37 types of wood and 10 building materials, while an adjustable threshold scale with color visualization helps simplify result interpretation. Jobsite-Ready Durability: Rubber-reinforced housing and an IP65 rating provide dust-tight and water-resistant protection, with flexible power options using included AA batteries or a rechargeable 3.7V Li-Ion battery, sold separately. PRO Pinless Moisture Meter (GMM1-15) Non-Damaging Measurement: Uses electromagnetic field (EMF) technology to detect moisture in wood, drywall, concrete and more without damaging the material. Optimized Results: Preprogrammed settings for 37 types of wood and 10 building materials to help optimize measurement for each material type, while reference mode allows users to compare moisture levels across surfaces. Jobsite-Ready Design: Features a high-contrast LCD display, rubber-reinforced housing and an IP65 rating for enhanced dust and water protection. EXPERT 18V Wall/Floor Scanner with Radar (D-TECT18V-200-17C) Advanced Detection: Bosch Radar Technology detects wood and steel studs, metals, water-filled plastic pipes and live wires behind drywall, concrete, brick and more, with detection up to 7-1/2 in. deep. 3D Imaging + AI Technology: Integrated AI processes radar data to help improve scan results, while 3D imaging provides a detailed view of embedded objects. Easy Documentation: Screenshot functionality, internal memory and USB-C/SD card data transfer help professionals capture and analyze findings. EXPERT True RMS Digital Multimeter (EXDM600-17) Versatile Diagnostic Measurements: Measures temperature, microamps, LoZ, voltage up to 600V AC/DC, current, resistance, continuity, capacitance, frequency, diodes and more. Jobsite-Ready Durability: IP65-rated, rubber-reinforced housing provides dust and water protection and withstands drops up to 6 ft. Easy Operation: Large, high-contrast display, ergonomic grip and integrated kickstand support visibility and hands-free use. EXPERT True RMS Clamp Meter (EXMC600-17) Advanced Diagnostics: Measures temperature, microamps, AC/DC current up to 600 A, frequency, voltage and more using True RMS technology. Non-Invasive Measurement: A 1.18 in. jaw opening allows current measurements without opening circuits, while an integrated non-contact voltage detector enables quick voltage checks. Built for the Jobsite: IP54-rated, rubber-reinforced housing, a high-contrast display and integrated LED work light support demanding applications.
