Innovative Dremel Blueprint tool line Dremel re-imagines DIY with versatile, eas ...
With innovative products tailored to the needs of DIYers who are discovering home improvement for themselves, Dremel launches the Blueprint line of tools. It comprises a portable saw station suitable for a wide range of cuts, a separately available compact saw, compatible blades, and a 3-in-1 multi-drill. All tools feature a brushless motor and are powered by the same rechargeable 12V batteries that are also used for Dremel 8240 and 8260 rotary tools. Shaped by in-depth market research and direct user feedback, the Blueprint line is designed to empower aspiring DIY enthusiasts to take on projects with confidence and ease ‒ whether it’s assembling and refinishing furniture or refreshing entire living spaces. Recognizing that many users value simplicity and practicality over technical jargon, these tools prioritize intuitive use, space-saving versatility, and affordability, ensuring anyone can achieve quality results without becoming a power tool expert.Portable saw station with compact saw: Sawing made easy The Dremel Blueprint portable saw station lets homeowners, renters, and DIY enthusiasts tackle straight, bevel, miter, and compound cuts with confidence. The compact case, at the size of a pilot case, unfolds into a work station that contains cutting guides, material supports, and clamps – everything users need to put a wide range of projects in and around their home into practice, such as installing baseboard trim and molding as well as flooring, putting together custom built-in shelving, and creating board and batten accent walls. For such applications, the all-in-one solution replaces bigger, bulkier circular saws and miter saws which can intimidate beginner DIYers. When not in use, it conveniently folds away to fit in tight spaces like closets, garages, or under beds. The lightweight and ergonomic compact saw includes safety features like a blade guard, a safety switch, and non-slip grips. The integrated alignment laser ensures even novices get a quality cut every time, minimizing errors as well as material waste, and maximizing efficiency. The saw can be detached from the work station to be used independently and is also sold separately. The kit contains a multi-purpose cutting blade that cuts materials such as wood, plywood, laminate flooring, plastics, brass, copper, and aluminum. Cuts at 0° are possible up to a depth of 25,4 mm, cuts at 45° up to a depth of 15,9 mm. Additional multi-material and wood blades with a diameter of 85 mm are available in the Dremel accessory range. Multi-tasking with just one tool: Dremel Blueprint multi-drill The Dremel Blueprint multi-drill is designed to simplify tasks such as hanging gallery walls, mounting shelves, or assembling furniture. Besides an LED light that provides a clear line of sight when working in darker spaces, the compact drill includes a variety of tools. The detachable laser level with a built-in bubble level can be attached to walls and other surfaces with a reusable mounting putty, making it easy to align shelves or pictures and ensure everything users install is straight. The stud finder directly integrated into the drill helps to find the right spot to drill into drywall straight away. The Dremel Blueprint portable saw station, the standalone compact saw, the blades, and the multi-drill will be available from April. All prices are recommended retail prices including VAT. The Dremel Blueprint line will be further expanded gradually. You can find the tool specifications table in the PDF, see “download”. Subject to change.
