Dr.-Ing. Frank Schmidt will remain executive vice president of Bosch Engineering GmbH and will take over the management of the Bosch subsidiary ITK Engineering GmbH on October 1, succeeding Michael Englert, who, after more than 27 years, will retire at the end of this year. In the future, Schmidt will be responsible for engineering topics spanning for both companies.
