Headcount development in 2023: Employment at a stable level

As of December 31, 2023, the Bosch Group employed some 427,600 people worldwide. According to preliminary figures (1), this is around 7,600 or some 2 percent more than in the previous year. In Germany, the number of associates remained virtually unchanged at 133,800.
