Karlsruhe and Plochingen, Germany – With the Bosch QUICK FIT+ sensors and the new Tire Pressure Analyzer 400 programming tool, Bosch presents the latest generation of its tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). Both products help workshops to make their workflows for tire pressure monitoring services much more efficient.

The new portfolio also includes three sensors whose valve can be flexibly adapted to different rims. This portfolio expansion to a total of six part numbers enables workshops to use the sensors for a greater number of rim types. The QUICK FIT+ sensors are available in both rubber and steel versions in black, silver, and titanium and cover over 90 percent of today’s European vehicles.

Bosch QUICK FIT+ sensors: faster, more flexible, and more durable

Workshops also benefit from a significant saving on programming time of up to five seconds per sensor, and they have the option of programming up to six sensors simultaneously. One further advantage is that the new sensors’ battery capacity has been increased by 50 percent compared to the previous model. This ensures long-lasting performance with an expected service life of up to ten years. The QUICK FIT+ sensors are produced to original equipment standards at the Bosch plant in Spain.

Tire Pressure Analyzer 400: enhanced functions for maximum efficiency

With over 95 percent of vehicles covered and the ability to program over 20 different universal sensor brands, the Tire Pressure Analyzer 400 is an essential tool for any modern workshop. The Tire Pressure Analyzer 400 supports a wide range of universal sensors available on the market, including the new Bosch QUICK FIT+ sensors as well as Bluetooth sensors from other manufacturers.

Wireless data transmission enables the TPMS data to be displayed and checked directly on the 2.8-inch color display. Regular software updates keep the device’s range of functions up to date and ensure that workshops always have access to the latest vehicle and sensor coverage.

An OBD-II module is already included in the device to support learning processes for e.g. Asian vehicle manufacturers such as Toyota, Hyundai, and Nissan. Alternatively, Bosch’s ESI[tronic] software can be used to ensure seamless integration of these vehicles.

In short: the complete package for workshops

With the QUICK FIT+ sensors, the Tire Pressure Analyzer 400, and technical support, Bosch offers a comprehensive package that makes it easier for workshops to diagnose, remove, install, and program TPMS sensors. The support team can be reached at TPA.support@de.bosch.com for any technical questions.

The Bosch QUICK FIT+ sensors and the Tire Pressure Analyzer 400 are now available for purchase.
