STAHLGRUBER, one of Germany's leading automotive parts distributors, makes use of the full range of services offered by Drivelog with its online full-service workshop concepts "Meisterhaft" and "AC Auto Check". Within the framework of the cooperative partnership that has now been agreed, STAHLGRUBER workshop partners have a profile page in the Drivelog workshop portal, complete with an appointment booking facility, as well as an on-the-spot price calculator, a quote wizard for acquiring customers locally and the option of being listed as a supplier in the Drivelog tire shop. Following the start of the cooperative partnership in February 2014, the STAHLGRUBER workshop partners have since been integrated into the Drivelog portal. Further expansions to the cooperative partnership are set to be unveiled at the STAHLGRUBER exhibition events over the course of this year.

Collaboration with a Reliable Partner
"Workshop portals are becoming increasingly important when it comes to marketing and addressing customers. For us, it was clear that we could only collaborate with a partner that is 100% reliable and trustworthy," explained Heinz Rieker, STAHLGRUBER Managing Director of Marketing/Sales. It is for this reason that STAHLGRUBER opted to collaborate with driver and workshop portal Drivelog, Rieker notes. Florian Bankoley, Managing Director of Mobility Media GmbH, the subsidiary of Bosch that operates Drivelog, was also pleased: "The collaboration with STAHLGRUBER, an important partner in the workshop business in Germany, will help to increase the benefits of the portal for drivers and further establish Drivelog's position on the market."

Drivelog — the Internet Portal for Drivers and Workshops
With a profile on the Drivelog portal, vehicle workshops attract more visitors on the Internet and also achieve extremely good positions in search engines. The workshops can use the portal—which is also available via a mobile app—to directly target drivers within a distance of 25 kilometers with offers and news, and thereby win new business. Service and repair appointments can also be arranged online. Drivers can use the on-the-spot price calculator to find out the prices of standard services, such as inspections or oil changes. This saves repair shops time, as they no longer need to create a quote. Thanks to the partnership with German automobile club ADAC, the range of services offered by Drivelog is also made available to the club's members in prominent fashion. This enables the workshops to showcase their services to the some 18 million members of ADAC. What's more, Drivelog offers drivers services for their own personal cars, from a digital service log and cost-monitoring function, right through to a function that enables people to search for workshops and filling stations, and eCommerce options such as a tire shop.
