Bosch products for vehicle workshops and trade are set to be delivered in new, attractively designed packaging worldwide. The new packaging will gradually replace the old packaging on the shelves and is intended to make Bosch products instantly recognizable to car drivers. That way, these drivers can still be sure that they are buying a high-quality product.

Attractive and Clear Trade Packaging Design for Bosch Products
The new sales packaging for use in trade features a large sample product photo, along with the product identification number and information on the product benefits. A striking white band running around the packaging and including the Bosch logo ensures that drivers can easily identify the Bosch brand, helping them to select the right spare part or accessory. Each product family will include up to three product lines identified with blue, black, and gray packaging. Before launching the new packaging worldwide, Bosch conducted an international market survey in order to determine customers' requirements for the packaging design and to ensure that the packaging met market needs.

New Design for Workshop Packaging
In addition to the new packaging design—aimed at promoting sales—for use in trade, the packaging in which vehicle workshops around the world receive spare parts and accessories from Bosch has also been redesigned. The focus of this redesign was on ensuring that products are clearly labeled with the Bosch brand, product name and part number. The EAN codes and serial numbers for spare parts from Bosch will remain unchanged, meaning the modernization of the packaging design will not create any extra work for trade and workshops.

The new, sturdy packaging will provide reliable protection for spare parts and accessories during transportation, storage and presentation. When selecting materials and manufacturing the packaging, Bosch has maintained high environmental standards so that the packaging is easy to dispose of and recycle.
