Michael Budde and Martin Hettich join Bosch Power Tools Board of Management.

Bosch Power Tools is regrouping its Board of Management, effective April 1, 2026: Michael Budde (56), currently President of the Bosch business division Mobility Electronics, will take over as President and CEO from Thomas Donato. At the same time, Martin Hettich (61) will join the Bosch Group as COO of Power Tools. He will succeed Lennart de Vet and assume responsibility for regions, marketing, and sales from him, as well as responsibility for the business units from Thomas Donato.
