As of December 31, 2025, Bosch, the global supplier of technology and services, employed some 412,400 associates worldwide – some 5,400 (around 1 percent) fewer than in the previous year. While the acquisition in Home Comfort added associates, the necessary staff reductions and the sale in Building Technologies reduced headcount. Headcount in Germany fell by around 6,500 (just under 5 percent) to a good 123,100 associates.
