Headcount development

As of December 31, 2023, Bosch employed 429,416 people worldwide – 8,078 more than in the previous year. Last year, the number of associates of the supplier of technology and services rose in all regions, Germany included. The strongest regional growth was in the Americas. In research and development, headcount grew to 90,084 associates. Of this number, some 48,000 people worked in software development.
