Employer attractiveness: sustainability attracts skilled workers

Bosch’s commitment to sustainability is also making the company increasingly attractive as an employer. However, in times when skilled workers are in short supply, finding the best talent around the world is also becoming more difficult for the supplier of technology and services. The need for software developers remains high: at the end of 2022, some 44,000 people were already working in software development at Bosch – around 6,000 more than in the previous year. The company expects to add around 10,000 more by mid-decade.
