Convenient even when transported

  • For cleaning around the home and on the go
  • Four spray patterns and three pressure modes for various applications
  • New tool in the Bosch 18 volt “Power for All” battery system

Tackling small to medium cleaning tasks even in places without power and water supply is now possible with the Fontus, the first cordless low-pressure cleaner from Bosch. Greenhouses in allotments, barbecues, camping equipment, racing bikes and mountain bikes: The Fontus can handle all these cleaning tasks and many more, around the home and garden or on the go, and works reliably, effectively and gently. It can even be used to wash dogs after a walk in the woods or fields – whether before going into the house or before jumping into the car. The powerful 18 volt battery ensures that the user can work conveniently with the Fontus for up to 60 minutes, in any location. Its water tank can take up to 15 liters. The Fontus can also be filled with rainwater or river water. Thanks to the integrated filter, any particles or leaves in the water will not make their way into the tool itself. It is easy to remove and clean after use.

The right settings for a wide range of applications

The Fontus features four spray patterns and three pressure modes. These can be flexibly combined, providing users with a total of twelve cleaning variants. The pencil jet is particularly suitable for removing vegetation such as moss and algae, or stubborn dirt such as dried mud. Using this pencil jet together with the turbo pressure mode for intensive cleaning is, for example, an easy way to clean extremely dirty garbage cans in no time at all. Bicycles, strollers, shoes and garden tools can be cleaned effectively using the 15-degree fan jet and the medium pressure level. The 50-degree fan jet is the ideal choice for cleaning larger surfaces such as garden furniture, motorbikes or kayaks. The shower jet enables gentle cleaning. On the lowest pressure setting, it can be used to remove dirt from dogs or horses after walking in forests or fields, or to water flowerbeds without damaging the plants themselves. The Fontus SmartBrush offers additional options: The brush can be easily attached to the spray gun and used with all spray patterns. This makes cleaning of objects and surfaces easier.

Robust, functional equipment for comfortable handling

The Fontus offers users a high level of convenience: With its extendable handle and robust wheels, it is easy to maneuver. This low-pressure cleaner is also easy to transport and can be conveniently loaded into a car thanks to its extra handle. All accessories are always be stored within the tool: The spray gun and the SmartBrush are stored in the compartment on the front of the tool, the robust four meter hose is pushed into place at the rear of the tool. The powerful piston pump of the Fontus provides a maximum pressure of 15 bar, which can be regulated to three different levels. The fill level indicator on the side enables users to see how much water is left at all times. When work is completed or needs to be interrupted, the spray gun can be conveniently put in the holder on the handle.

Flexible and powerful thanks to the “Power for All” battery system

The Fontus is part of the “Power for All” battery system which comprises DIY and garden tools. The same 18 volt lithium-ion battery can currently be used to operate more than 25 different power tools, from grass trimmers to rotary hammers. Do-it-yourselfers can therefore do without unnecessary batteries and chargers, enabling them to save money as well. A “Power for All” logo on the packaging indicates which tools belong to the system.
