Bosch is making it easier for users to get started with cordless lawn care: In future, the 18 V CityMower will be available for lawns up to 200 square meters. It is the first Bosch mower in the “Power for All” system and expands once more its application range: More than 25 power tools can be operated using the supplied 4.0 Ah battery – from rotary hammers right through to hedgecutters. If you want a more powerful yet still particularly space-saving entry-level model, reach for the 36 V EasyRotak 36-550. It is suitable for lawns of up to 550 square metres and can be stowed away in the tightest of spaces at a height of just 55 centimetres thanks to the double folding handle and its stackable grass box.

Ergonomic and effortless: Simple operation thanks to Ergoflex system

Both the 18 V and the 36 V mowers are easy and effortless to operate thanks to the proven Ergoflex system: Its multi-position handle features ergonomically shaped grip zones. It fits perfectly in the hand and the mower can therefore be controlled from a total of eight different positions. Additional equipment includes a central cutting-height adjustment as well as grass combs that allow you to cut close to edges and save rework. The cutting width and grass box have been adapted to the respective model: The CityMower 18 works with a cutting width of 34 centimeters and a 31 liter grass box, while the EasyRotak 36-550 works with a cutting width of 38 centimeters and a 40 liter grass box. Both mowers are very lightweight: The CityMower 18 weighs less than ten kilograms, the EasyRotak 36-550 weighs 15 kilograms. Both mowers feature a new design in Bosch Pale Green and Black.

The CityMower 18 cordless lawnmower is available from July, the EasyRotak 36-550 will be available from spring 2020. On the 18 V model, a “Power for All” logo on the packaging indicates which tools are part of the system. Accessories such as blades are available from the Bosch’s range of accessories. All prices are recommended retail prices including VAT.
