The goal of Bosch’s company mobility management scheme is to reduce the traffic, and thus the emissions, for which Bosch associates themselves are responsible, particularly in conurbations. The measures taken range from shuttle buses in large cities to telecommuting agreements and the leasing of bicycles and pedelecs. Many associates can already make use of the carpooling platform SPLT, an app-based service designed to make forming rideshares easier.
