Bosch: 25 years of cabin-filter competence

FILTER+ effectively protects allergy sufferers

  • FILTER+ prevents runny eyes and sneezing at the wheel
  • Separated allergens and destroys bacteria
  • For 25 years now: matching cabin filters for any needs – standard and activated-carbon filters, FILTER+

The German allergy and asthma association Deutscher Allergie- und Asthmabund estimates some 13 million Germans suffer from pollen allergies. This over-reaction of the immune system becomes most apparent in spring and by means of symptoms such as itching, sneezing or hay fever. Driving a car at the same time can result in dangerous situations. A sneezing driver is a blind driver – for a moment. By means of the new FILTER+, Bosch now offers a special cabin filter promising a significant relief for allergy sufferers.

At the new FILTER+, several functional filter layers ensure clean air inside the vehicle thus protecting the occupants’ health and increasing comfort. An anti-allergic layer with a special molecular grid structure lastingly separated allergens and renders them harmless. At a second filter layer, bacteria are eliminated. And last but not least, the activated-carbon layer neutralizes harmful and foul-smelling gases. The ultra-thin microfiber layer separates upt o 99 percent of the particles with a diameter of 2.5 micrometers. Filtered in this manner, the air inside the vehicle is both clean and free of smells.

Complete filter range for any requirements or demands

For 25 years now, Bosch cabin filters have been increasing the driving comfort ensuring clean air inside the vehicle. With its complete range of cabin filters, reaching from standard and activated-carbon filters through to the particularly powerful FILTER+, Bosch provides just the right filter for any individual requirements. The FILTER+ range is available at the wholesalers for many common car makes and models.
