Battery in the Cloud

Fast charging, frequent charging cycles, dynamic driving, and temperatures that are too high or too low all put stress on batteries. This causes them to age prematurely. The purpose of Bosch’s cloud-based services is to identify such stressors and take action to address them. To do this, all data relevant to the battery – such as current ambient temperature and charging behavior – is first transmitted to the cloud in real time.
