Apprenticeships – Bosch wants to further increase share of women in technical professions

Mixed teams are more creative and more successful, which is why Bosch wants to kindle girls’ interest in technical professions. To do this, Bosch supports initiatives such as Girls’ Day. With 15 percent of its associates in technical professions being women, Bosch is well above the national average in Germany.
