press release

Stuttgart/Reutlingen – Bosch eBike Systems has embarked successfully on its 2015/16 training tour for European dealers. With more than 100 dates in nine countries the tour offers dealers a more detailed overview of the 2016 model year’s innovations. “We train several thousand participants to familiarise them with the latest product lines. Our comprehensive training programme offers Bosch dealers the best possible preparation for the new season,” says Ulrich Lippmann, Service Manager at Bosch eBike Systems.

The main focus is on new functions of the eBike diagnostic system and on the CX Performance Line, which is specially designed for eMountainbikers. A further focal point is Nyon, the world’s first all-in-one eBike on-board computer. “In order to ensure competent and comprehensive customer service Bosch eBike Systems trains dealers in all aspects of Nyon – from basic functions via connectivity to the latest software upgrades,” Lippmann says. An overview of the latest market developments, trends and target groups rounds off the training programme.

Training courses for dealers this year are being held in nine countries and six different languages again. The eBike Webshop www.bosch-eBike.com/webshop with additional information about the product portfolio complements this all-round service.

Training courses run until March 2016. The programme is available in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland. Registrations can only be made via the service partners’ webshops www.bosch-ebike.com/webshop and www.fuchs-movesa.ch.
