The GDC 125 Professional is the first diamond cutter from Bosch designed for hard materials such as granite, marble, stone and concrete. This professional tool cuts through these materials just as effortlessly as it does floor, wall and roof tiles thanks to its powerful 1300 watt motor. In this way, the GDC 125 Professional makes work easier not only for tilers and floor layers but also for roofers, landscape gardeners and landscapers.

Versatile compact tool for making precise cuts
This hand-held tool works in much the same way as a circular saw and has one big advantage over benchtop tools: it is small, lightweight and compact, and can easily be taken to any jobsite. Weighing only 2.7 kilograms, the GDC 125 Professional is also lighter than comparable competitor models. It makes precise, straight cuts – with or without the parallel guide. The base plate can be tilted up to 45 degrees. The maximum cutting depth of 40 millimeters is continuously variable.

The diamond cutter has an EU standard toolholder with a diameter of 22.23 millimeters. This fits all diamond cutting discs that meet this standard and gives professionals flexibility when it comes to choosing accessories. Thanks to the spindle lock, the cutting discs are easy to change. It is recommended that the cutting disc be cooled with water when using it to work very hard materials, such as granite or marble. The supplied water cooling system with four-meter hose is easy to use. For the safety of the user, the tool comes equipped with a PRCD circuit breaker.

System offer including accessories
The GDC 125 Professional will in future give professionals the option of an additional Bosch professional tool for cutting tiles, alongside the GCT 115 Professional tile drill cutter and the GTR 30 CE Professional tile router. The Bosch range of accessories also includes a variety of cutting discs for the GDC 125 Professional, such as the “Best for Ceramic extraclean Turbo” diamond cutting discs. These discs are perfectly tailored to the tool and are suitable for making clean and fast cuts in natural stone and all types of tile.

The GDC 125 Professional is now available at specialist retail outlets at the recommended retail price of 249 euros plus VAT. The tool is supplied in a carton complete with a water cooling system including a four-meter hose, metal nozzle and water connection, plus an Allen wrench for disc changing. The parallel guide is optionally available.
