press release

Stuttgart/Reutlingen, Germany – From 28 February to 3 March 2013, bicycles will be at the centre of attention at the FAHRRAD trade fair in Essen. A newcomer among the exhibitors is Bosch eBike Systems. The e-bike systems manufacturer is taking part for the first time. This still young Bosch Group product segment will be found on Stand 206 in Hall 8.

Trade fair presence focussed on customer proximity
"At FAHRRAD in Essen our main focus will be on dialogue with partners, dealers and e-bike riders," said Tamara Winograd, Press spokeswoman for Bosch eBike Systems. "The market in which we operate is very dynamic. Technical developments play a major role, as do social trends and of course the wishes of e-bike riders themselves. So it is very important for us to keep our ear close to the market."

The Bosch eBike Systems stand is directly by the test track for e-bikes. The Bosch eBike team will be available there for talks and will be showing the 2013 model year e-bike system. Staff from the sales and technical customer application departments will be on the spot.

Apart from Bosch eBike Systems itself, some of the manufacturers of the 50-plus cycle brands that currently install Bosch drive systems in their bicycles will also be present at the trade fair for bicycles, accessories and recreation.
