Drivelog is the first online platform to combine services relating to all aspects of mobility for drivers and workshops. The new Internet offering is being developed and managed by Mobility Media GmbH in Berlin, a joint venture headed up by Bosch and the social media experts from trommsdorff + drüner GmbH. Bosch holds an 80% stake in the joint venture.

Vehicle owners can use the new Drivelog online platform free of charge at home or while out and about using the Drivelog app on mobile devices to manage all data relating to their vehicle. All expenses for fuel, maintenance, servicing and repair can be recorded easily and conveniently, thereby ensuring that you are always aware of the costs relating to all aspects of your vehicle and can keep an eye on cost drivers as well as potential savings. This feature also applies to any service and repair work, which has been saved in the digital service history. This type of comprehensive documentation plays an important role when it comes to selling the vehicle at a later date, as it could increase the resale value.

Drivelog also issues reminders for important workshop appointments or the next general vehicle inspection. The portal can also help drivers to find a suitable workshop nearby. Once the user has set the search criteria, Drivelog finds a workshop that can service or repair the car professionally and cost-effectively. During this process, the system also highlights current offers from workshop partners, which are precisely tailored to the vehicle in question. These services are supplemented with an extensive range of information. For example, the user can use a semantic search to find up-to-date information, which is perfectly tailored to his individual interests. He can also exchange experiences with other users.

What does Drivelog offer Workshops?
The new Drivelog online platform also offers a wide range of benefits for workshops. In just a few mouse clicks, an attractive company profile can be created, which includes all important information relating to the business. Specific customer offers can also be advertised on the profile or special services highlighted. Similarly, Drivelog can be used to maintain data on existing customers, thereby ensuring that customers can be informed about particular campaigns in a targeted and cost-effective manner. Drivelog is also a powerful tool in the acquisition of new customers. The differentiated company profile ensures that the company is suggested to customers searching for a service matching the range of services offered by the workshop. The workshop can also actively approach new customer groups by compiling target group-specific offers; Drivelog will then approach the relevant customers. Drivelog's own ticket system for order management is particularly useful for workshops. Using this system, customers can arrange a preferred appointment for servicing or repair work with the workshop. The contact and vehicle data is supplied automatically.

Mobility Media offers Drivelog services to workshop partners based on a modular system. The basic partnership allows you to register free of charge and set up your company profile. You can also publish offers or company news free of charge. Premium partnership is available for EUR 24.95 net a month; this service includes excellent positioning in the Drivelog search engine and the option of planning services for advertising campaigns. Order partners can also make use of the order manager via the online appointment management system. Five percent of the net sales, with a maximum of EUR 20 per order, are calculated for this service.

Drivelog will be gradually extended with new functions and options. For example, extensive integration of cooperation partners is planned in addition to advanced fleet management and community functions. The internationalization of Drivelog is due to start next year.
