Leinfelden – Thomas Heim (43) has been the new Senior Vice President Sales Europe, Middle East and Africa of the Bosch Power Tools Division since February 1, 2012. This position had been held since 2009 by Henning von Boxberg (41), who had recently been performing these duties in addition to his duties as executive manager for sales and marketing of Bosch Power Tools.

Thomas Heim read business studies in Bayreuth and joined Bosch Power Tools in 1994. After holding various positions in marketing and sales, he assumed responsibility for Power Tools sales in Spain in 2003. He moved to Denmark in 2007, where he became responsible for Power Tools sales in Northern Europe. In 2010, Mr. Heim became a member of the board of management of Gunnebo AB, a Swedish company that operates in the security technology industry. He returned to Bosch Power Tools at the beginning of February this year to assume his present duties as Senior Vice President Sales Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The Power Tools Division of the Bosch Group is one of the world’s leading providers for power tools, power tool accessories and measuring tools.
