Charlotte, NC – As a sign of Bosch Rexroth's commitment to the U.S. market, they are making the largest investment in their history by opening a new hydraulics manufacturing facility on their existing campus in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. Liv-ingston & Haven was the recipient of the first hydraulic A10VO pump out of the new facility. Livingston & Haven marked the occasion with an official presentation at their corporate headquarters on Monday, May 14, 2012. The pump was presented by Berend Bracht, Regional President, Bosch Rexroth Americas to Livingston & Haven President, Clifton Vann IV. The investment Bosch Rexroth is making in Fountain Inn, SC is a significant one. Their strategy is to support their world markets locally and this investment will allow the Fountain Inn facility to become the largest hydraulic manufacturing campus in the U.S. today, said Tim Gillig, Vice President of Sales, Livingston & Haven. Hav-ing this capability in our backyard gives Livingston & Haven a huge advantage in the marketplace and will result in better support for our local customers. Bosch Rexroth is the world leader when it comes to axial and bent axis piston products and we are honored to be the recipient of the first hydraulic pump out of their new facility. The new facility will provide the much needed extra pump capacity for the North American market. The expansion makes Bosch Rexroths lead plant for mobile hy-draulics into the businesss largest manufacturing facility in the Americas. The facil-ity will manufacture many types of hydraulic pumps and motors used in construc-tion, agriculture, material handling, and oil and gas exploration. We are very pleased to have the first results from the expansion in our Fountain Inn operations, said Berend Bracht, Regional President, Bosch Rexroth Americas. The new facility more than doubles our footprint in Fountain Inn and gives us the capacity we need to meet the growing needs of our customers for a long time to come.
