The Tornado from Skil reliably removes paint and rust. It works with different exchangeable accessories - a gray sanding fleece for removing paint and rust from surfaces, a velcro pad with sanding paper for sanding surfaces, and a lambswool bonnet for polishing surfaces - and therefore covers three different applications.
