The plunge router is compatible with Bosch’s guide rail system. Milling straight slots – like a juice groove on a home-made cutting board, for instance – is an effortless process thanks to the parallel guide, which also comes with the attachment. Thanks to the ergonomic shape of the handles, the router sits comfortably in the hand and is simple to control. As with the trim router base, a vacuum cleaner can also be attached to the router plunge base, making creative tasks such as milling letters into a plank of wood or building furniture child’s play, while keeping mess to a minimum too.
