The EasyCut 50 and the AdvancedCut 50 allow do-it-yourselfers to make plunge cuts extremely easily as the base plate is curved at the rear. If you position the tool and let it tip forwards over this surface, it conveniently plunges into the workpiece and makes the required cut. The AdvancedCut 50 can also be used to saw grooves and make miter cuts from 0 to 45 degrees.
