Stuttgart/Reutlingen – Bosch eBike Systems embarks on its seventh European training tour on 10 October 2017. eBike dealers from 13 countries have been invited to attend one of this season’s 220 training sessions and learn more about the latest drive and diagnostic advances as well as the digital features of Bosch eBike Systems.

A successful concept in even more markets

In recent years, over 35,000 participants have refreshed and expanded their system knowledge on the six previous training tours, and demand continues to increase. The 2017/2018 schedule has been extended in several areas, including Scandinavia. A new member of the Bosch service team is Stephan Heitzmann, a sales expert who lives in Norway since more than ten years. He will be in charge of 22 training sessions in Scandinavia, including for the first time Finland.

Development of product knowledge for optimal service

The focus of this year’s training tour is on product innovations and new technical developments. For the 2018 model year Bosch is launching two new drive systems for city eBiking and easy touring, a special assistance mode for the CX motor, an eBike battery that can be built into the down tube, new eShift variations and expanded features of the all-in-one Nyon on-board computer.

In addition, dealers will learn more about diagnostic options and the use of the Bosch DiagnosticTool to carry out comprehensive system diagnoses, identify possible malfunctions and routinely optimise the eBike’s range of functions. To ensure optimal service diagnostic reports can be drawn up for end customers to document the eBike’s current status.

Dealers in Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, the UK, Spain, France and Austria can register for training sessions via their service partner’s webshop at www.bosch-ebike.com/webshop (all countries except Switzerland) and www.bosch-ebike.ch/webshop (Switzerland).
