Christoph Kübel has been a member of the board of management and director of industrial relations of Robert Bosch GmbH since January 2012. He is responsible for human resources and social welfare, including senior executives. In addition, he is responsible for occupational health and safety, environmental protection and sustainability, legal services, compliance management, internal auditing, information security, and privacy.

Christoph Kübel was born in Stuttgart in 1959. He is married and has three children. He studied business administration at the University of Pforzheim. He was awarded a degree in business administration in 1986.
