Bosch has developed a parallel hybrid system with 120 kW of power for heavy commercial vehicles. The system makes it possible to cut fuel consumption by up to 6 percent. It can also be used in commercial vehicles weighing 26 to 40 metric tons as well as in off-highway applications.
