Practical test for the X-Lock system: Bosch saves valuable time in the Stuttgart-Ulm rail construction project

The X-Lock system from Bosch is currently proving its worth in the construction of the almost 500-meter-long and 85-meter-high Filstalbrücke. The bridge across the Filstal valley is the third-tallest rail bridge in Germany. 160 tons of reinforcement bars need to be laid as quickly as possible so that the concrete can be poured. Construction Manager Manfred May: “The reinforcement work is very tricky. If the positions are not correct, the iron has to be shortened with angle grinders. We are always looking for solutions to keep us on schedule.”
