The GSR and GSB 18V-150 C Professional biturbo drill drivers offer craftsmen value-added through the new user interface ‒ an interactive display on the tool ‒ as well as individual setting options through connectivity functions via smartphone. The focal point here is a world’s first: “Electronic Angle Detection (EAD)”, the first electronic angle detection system in an 18V drill driver on the market. To assure the statics of a roof structure, screw connections of counter battens and insulation must be made at specific angles. The EAD from Bosch is used in this respect: The common angles of 45 and 60 degrees can be selected directly on the tool via the user interface. Any other angle can be set individually via app on a smartphone and is transmitted via Bluetooth to the drill driver.
