Future workplace in Leinfelden: Inspiring Working Conditions at Bosch Power Tools

The new building was designed from the inside out – based on the employees’ wishes and needs. Through “Inspiring Working Conditions”, Bosch Power Tools is creating a working environment that enables cross-functional teams to work flexibly using agile methods. Associates will now have communication zones, meeting rooms and project rooms at their disposal. In addition, there are also workshops where product innovations can be tested.
